It's good to know I'm not the only one wondering, "Are these machines safe for use in our homes?" Unless I've missed some reply's on this site, think this question remains unanswered." Most of the comments are from dealers, who of course, want and need to sell these machines.
I, just like another reader, purchased a machine and was thrilled. (that is until I did a little research) The Canada is advising people "Not to purchase these machines." "The American Lung Association doesn't approve, nor does the E.P.A." Based on these findings, I can't continue to use this system in our home. I've contacted my dealer and ask if the company would fully refund me for return of machine.(it's only been a couple weeks since purchase and i still have original box and all the packing materials. Much to my surprise, her reply didn't answer my question. Instead, the reply centered around how great this machine is and even sent me exerpts from some guy's book about the value of this device.
Long story short---"Does anyone know if Alpine has a refund policy and if so "What is it?"
Appreciate any advice,
