Alpine XL15 -- Cloudy Mirrors and Windows?????

Hello,

I have owned an Alpine XL15 for almost a year. About six months ago, we found that all of our windows and mirrors were fogging up. To make sure it was the air cleaner, we cleaned the filters and plate and placed a glass right next to the output. Sure enough, the glass was cloudy within three days.

I have heard about this problem from other people. Does ANYONE know what this is?

Please help, as I am ready to return it.
